SDCC 2011: The New 52
The first of DC's "New 52" panels at SDCC11 has a little bit about the new Legion title. Paul Levitz was on the panel.

Levitz said that his vision of the Legion's future era changes every chance he has to start fresh

The Superman panel also had some good news about the connection between young Clark & the Legion remaining intact. I think it was also mentioned that the Legion would be mentioned in Action #1.
